Everything You Need to Govern AI Automation
Workflows, approvals, audit logs, anomaly detection, access control, and a full API, in one platform.
Platform Features
All plans include the full governance feature set.
Workflow Builder
A visual drag-and-drop builder for non-technical users, plus JSON configuration for API-first teams. Reusable templates cover document review, data validation, and email approval chains.
Approval Routing
Sequential and parallel approval chains, configurable timeouts, auto-escalation to a fallback approver, and delivery by in-app notification, email, or webhook for Teams or Slack flows.
Execution Logging
Every run logs its trigger, sanitized inputs and outputs, step durations, AI calls with model and token counts, and approval decisions. Searchable and exportable to CSV or JSON.
Immutable Audit Trail
Log entries are append-only. Normal application operations never modify or delete an execution record.
Anomaly Detection
Statistical baselines per workflow flag latency outliers, token spikes, output drift, and elevated error rates, with optional webhook alerts.
Role-Based Access Control
Owner, Admin, Approver, Viewer, and API roles, so each stakeholder sees and does only what they should.
API-First Design
All functionality is available through a versioned REST API, with scoped API keys and full documentation.
Webhooks
Signed outbound webhooks for execution, approval, and anomaly events, and inbound trigger URLs to start workflows from any tool.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Each organization is an isolated tenant with its own users, workflows, executions, keys, and audit logs.
What Automation Governor Does Not Do
Automation Governor is the governance layer, not the inference layer. It does not run AI models. It records and controls the AI systems you already use, whether they are cloud APIs or self-hosted models.
That is why it can sit on top of an existing stack without replacing it.
